Elumio product help

Understand the platform before your team starts using it.

Elumio brings workforce administration, time tracking, projects, assets, schedules, approvals, and reporting into one operational platform. This guide explains the product at a public level. Detailed workflow instructions stay inside the authorised application.

Getting started

What to prepare for an Elumio rollout

Successful onboarding starts with a clear view of the operating structure the platform will support: people, departments, locations, projects, schedules, assets, approval responsibilities, and reporting needs.

Before access is enabled

  • Confirm the people who will administer users, permissions, and system settings.
  • Identify departments, locations, teams, projects, time codes, and shifts that need to be represented.
  • Agree who can approve shift changes, overtime, schedules, and other operational requests.
  • Decide the dashboards, exports, and reporting views leadership needs.

Platform modules

One operational view, organised around the work your team does.

The exact modules and permissions available to a user depend on the organisation’s setup and assigned role.

Roles and responsibilities

Use roles to match platform access to operational responsibility.

Elumio supports a layered role model. Organisations can tailor permissions, but the standard roles provide a practical baseline.

Employee

Records time, views assigned work and schedules, manages their profile, and submits eligible requests.

Supervisor and Manager

Oversee team activity and may manage people, organisational records, projects, or approval work within their assigned scope.

Admin and Super Admin

Manage broader configuration, access, governance, and system-wide administration. Super Admin access is reserved for the highest-trust responsibilities.
